RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unused gear in re-sellable condition, including all original packaging, within 30 days from fulfillment date.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment was that used on the original purchase. Items returned to us that do not meet our return policy criteria will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Return Shipping
Customers may return any item at their own expense using their preferred shipping method.
Please DO NOT attached shipping labels directly to the product packaging. Put your item in its original packaging into another mailer bag or box. Items sent back with labels attached to the manufacturer packaging will not be accepted.
SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping Timelines
Orders will generally ship the next business day. Shipping timelines stated at checkout are general guidelines based on the shipping method and location. These may he impacted by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances.
For Standard Shipping orders, please allow 2-business days from the time of order placement before contacting us. If an item is delayed you will be contacted via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the items you're purchasing and your shipping address. The best way to determine shipping costs is to add the item to your cart and enter your shipping address.
International Shipping
We do no ship outside the Continental US.
TRADITIONAL BOW WARRANTY / TERMS
All Coyote Creek Archery traditional bows come with a 1 year limited warranty meaning that if the bow breaks within one year of purchase and with normal use it will be repaired or replaced free of charge (minus shipping). Any breakage after 1 year will be the owner’s responsibility. Normal use means taking care of the bow, storing it properly, avoiding extreme heat or cold, not leaving the bow strung, using the stringer to string and unstring the bow, not dry firing the bow, using arrows that are at least 10 grains per pound of draw weight, and keeping the brace height within the suggested range.
The warranty only applies to the original owner and does not require registration.
If Coyote Creek Archery LLC determines that breakage of the bow within the warranty period was caused by misuse of the product, the warranty will be considered null and void.
Customers will be charged full advertised price for any item in store that is damaged by misuse.
A 3% service fee will be applied to all card payments.
